AlcooTel, developed by Prévention MAAF, has been recently updated with a new design and enhanced features, available as a free download on mobile and tablet devices.

AlcooTel is a user-friendly online BAC testing app allowing users to perform a self-assessment in a matter of seconds. By inputting basic parameters such as gender, age, weight, height, and alcohol consumption, users receive a real-time estimation of their BAC. Additionally, AlcooTel estimates the time at which users may safely return home and offers options for securing transportation if the BAC exceeds 0.49 g/l (e.g., calling a taxi or a friend).
